SHE Hustles with Grace, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering millennial women to Seek, Heal, and Elevate — spiritually, personally, and professionally.
Guided by our core values of faith, empowerment, community, compassion, and integrity, we are building a supportive sisterhood where women can grow, heal, and thrive while keeping God at the center of their journey.

PURPOSE
SHE Hustles with Grace, Inc. exists to create a space where women can navigate life, faith, and purpose without losing themselves in the hustle. We know that "life be lifing" — the weight of responsibilities, trauma, and everyday challenges can feel overwhelming.
And the truth is, the battle between flesh and spirit is real — staying rooted in faith while facing the world’s pressures isn’t always easy.

We envision a world where millennial women are spiritually grounded, emotionally healed, and professionally thriving — walking confidently in their purpose with resilience, grace, and a faith-filled sisterhood by their side.
SHE Hustles with Grace, Inc. is committed to creating spaces where women can heal, grow, and become the leaders God has called them to be.
Raised in Dayton, TX, I learned the value of faith, leadership, and resilience early. As the oldest of my mother’s children, I naturally stepped into roles of responsibility, which shaped my heart for mentorship and sisterhood.
In 2016, I launched a local sunglasses brand that opened doors to uplift BBW women through confidence and visibility. That venture revealed my deeper calling: to build spaces where women feel seen, empowered, and spiritually grounded.
Though I envisioned a youth-focused mentorship group years ago, God’s timing made it clear: this was always meant to be bigger. After sharing my testimony at a retreat in 2023, women told me, “You said what we’ve been carrying.” That moment confirmed what I had always known — I was called to build a sisterhood.
In early 2025, I answered God’s call and brought SHE Hustles with Grace, Inc. to life — a space where millennial women could Seek God, Heal from what broke them, and Elevate into their divine purpose. It’s not just a mission — it’s my heart.
I’m committed to helping women walk boldly — with purpose, peace, and grace.

I created SHWG with a deep desire to see millennial women thrive in purpose, not pressure. My mission is to build grace-filled spaces where faith and healing intersect — and where no woman has to walk alone.

DE'RISHA DAVIS
DIRECTOR OF MINISTRY & INTERCESSION
De’Risha Davis serves as Director of Ministry & Intercession at SHWG, carrying over 20 years of experience as a psalmist, prophetic leader, and mentor. Her journey has taken her from faithfully leading worship teams into a deeper call of intercession, biblical teaching, and evangelism. Through seasons of loss, restoration, and spiritual rebuilding, she has cultivated a powerful testimony that now fuels her ministry to women walking their own healing journeys.
A Message From Me: I’m De’Risha Davis — a servant of Christ, called to intercession and ministry. For over 20 years, I led as a psalmist, but Jesus began calling me higher beyond worship into prophetic ministry, biblical teaching, and evangelism. That call reshaped my foundation, showing me that ministry isn’t about music alone but about a surrendered relationship with Christ.
Under trusted leadership in Texas and Louisiana, I developed and facilitated intercessory prayer trainings and praise team leadership experiences that deepened my walk with Christ and equipped me to serve others with authority, humility, and grace.
I bring the strength of someone who has endured stillbirth loss, heartbreak, church hurt, and health battles — and yet, found restoration through Jesus Christ. Those wilderness seasons birthed a deeper prayer life and ignited my passion to help women grow in their identity, heal spiritually, and walk boldly in purpose. Today, I mentor women and young women alike, helping them develop maturity in Christ and step confidently into their God-given callings.
I believe in the life-changing power of Scripture and the truth of Jesus Christ as the foundation for all healing and wholeness. As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” It’s from that place of divine restoration that I now pour into others, walking alongside them in ministry, mentorship, and healing.
